The brief
Prefabricated construction is one of the most efficient and most popular ways of solving the housing question in Austria — because of the speed of building, high energy efficiency and quality. The challenge was to take that proven model, adapt it to the regulations of the BiH and Serbian markets, and offer first-rate prefabricated houses at prices within reach of a wide range of buyers.

How we solved it

Technology transfer and adapting the model
We analysed Austrian building standards and adapted them to local construction codes and the climate in BiH and Serbia, while keeping the energy efficiency and durability.

Cost and sourcing optimisation
We set up direct supply chains for raw material and optimised production, which cut the cost per square metre drastically without compromising on material quality.

Targeted marketing and sales strategy
We launched a B2C and B2B campaign aimed at young couples, investors in tourist developments and private buyers. We ran presentations in person and produced 3D catalogues with transparent price lists.

Regional distribution and assembly network
We formed specialised teams for fast on-site assembly in BiH and Serbia, securing a turnkey building system in a remarkably short time.
